About us
We are an interdisciplinary laboratory working on using data to solve challenging problems. The problems cover a wide range of domains: complex systems, quantitative biology, medical science, social science and science of science. Related projects include understanding the structure and function of variety of networks, describing protein motion from simulations, exploring uncharacterized genes that contribute to aging, modeling for successful clinical response, understanding the importance of gun violence in schools, studying replicability, reproducibility of RNAseq pipelines and assessing transparency and interpretability of deep learning. Check out our research for more information.
