Meilin is a research associate in the Amaral lab. Her work focuses on an [NIGMS]{.caps} funded project modeling the emergence and evolution of autocatalytic networks to yield insights into questions such as robustness of biochemical networks. Her previous works include the chemical study of interactions between transition metals, transcription factor and [DNA]{.caps} , as well as computational modeling of energy metabolism.
